1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Damaged or tampered items by the customer

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you with instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for another variant or item, contact us at care.lunaris@gmail.com.
  • We will guide you to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
